Very good location, close to all tourist attractions. It was not too noisy and very atmospheric place. Good shower. Spacious bed

The location is right next to walking street, but away so it’s not too loud. The locals in the area were friendly when we walked around the small alleys too, which was lovely. The room is small, but clean and with everything you need. We extended our stay in the city and were delighted to return to this hotel!

The location is great. The place is in a small alley but it isn't hard to find. The owner was helpful even sent a video to help locating the place. The room is a nice size. The AC worked well. The water pressure was good. It's right next to Bui Vien street and the centre of District 1.

the location is a bit difficult to find but the owner provided full information on how to locate the property via whatsapp good value for money considering the location, no complaints.

Friendly and helpful owner. My room got a problem with A/C but she mananged to help me at 8PM. Compact room size but everything is there. It's not boutique hotel or anything just simple homestay so don't expect much. Near Bui Vien street, extremely loud at night around street area, surprisingly at the accommodation is so serene and quiet. (Approx 10-20 dB ambient). If you are not too sensitive with that, this place is for you.
