we used our room as a day stay , to shop in the near by markets which was across the road, and to freshener up before travelling back to Australia. The Taxi from airport was $15AUD we had travelled from Paris and had a 6 hour layover to Australia. Would do it again.

location was great! Just infront on ben thanh market. the room and bathroom were clean. loved the full height window and view outside!

The room was compact but had everything we needed for a short stay. Staff were pleasant and obliged our request to extend our checkout (for a fee) which we really appreciated. Handy location to the Binh Thanh Market (directly opposite).

Location,breakfast,friendly staff.the cafe on site with Andrew and his wife room was clean and any problems the owner sorted out with no trouble ,staying there was a enjoyable experience

Location is perfect opposite the ben thanh. Our family of four stayed in two side by side rooms. It was perfect for what we needed. The breakfasts were fabulous.

I booked a room listed as having city views and that was the highlight. Great view of the skyline, particularly at night. Location wise it was very centric with several places to tour within walking distance and the main market was right across the street. The buffet breakfast was also good. The staff at the front desk was ok -no complaints although all my other hotels (several other cities in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia) had staff that went out of their way, the ones at Avanti just did their job. The room was clean and modern. The common hallways would benefit with a cleaning/paint job and carpet replacement.
