The property is dated but large rooms and plenty of parking. Super convenient for the ferry. Breakfast was good and friendly reception staff

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff. Plus I was able to get a channel on the TV that was in English and watched 2 episodes of my favourite show.

Absolutely adequate hotel conveniently located for the ferry terminal. The room was clean and tidy but just a little bit 'tired' - as were the corridors upstairs. The hotel also seems geared up for the conference trade too which makes it a bit big and rambling. The restaurant was OK; food was fine and the service good. Very helpful staff on the reception desk. We stayed 2 nights and used it as a base to explore the coast nearby before catching the ferry to Norway. The inside pool was a welcome find . Perfectly serviceable hotel that fulfills it role but doesn't excel in any category.

Very close to ferry port so ideal for travellers arriving or departing. Good quality hotel with spacious rooms with separate seating area. Good breakfast.
