The hotel ambience, staff, location and rooms were great. The restaurant and bar were an absolute bonus. Excellent facilites and somewhere I would recommend to friends.

Easily accessible via bus from the train station. Property looks nice from outside. I didn’t enjoy the check in experience as it basically took place in the lift lobby area and felt very impersonal. Room is was nice. Good amenities. The rooftop bar was lovely. The free coins to use at the bar were a nice touch. Walking distance to the Hiroshima peace memorial park. Didn’t have breakfast included.

I was with two kids, 3 and 9. We enjoyed the view from our room and also top floor. Loved enjoying drinks and snacks at the roof top. Room was a good size and very clean. We stayed 3 nights but could stay more. We defo want to stay the Knot again!Hiroshima is beautiful.

Very good experience and very good stay. Check in process very smooth and room clean and cool. Hotel in perfect location to access all areas of Hiroshima. Peace Park in walking distance, and if required the Hiroshima Street Car stops next to the hotel, use Streetcar 1 and you’ll get to the station or port easily. We did have an issue with suitcase delivery however the gentlemen on the desk resolved for us, and Yamato rerouted the case within the hour. Perfect hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great area right beside the peace park. Love the coins they gave us for free drinks in the bar. Also giving guests access to toiletries if needed rather than loading up the bathroom. Environmentally aware.

Great choice for a stay in Hiroshima. Room is spacious and very clean. Hardly any street noise (even though we were facing the street side). Good wifi. Fine range of in-room amenities. Breakfast is good (served in downstairs restaurant) with plenty of Western options. Staff was helpful. Feeling of hotel is like a boutique stay. Rooftop bar was stylish (with a free drink offered). Location is excellent; just across the street you will find the Memorial & Museum. Also, the ferry to Myajima was only a 5 mins walk. Very safe neighbourhood.

Room size, the staff and the best part was that they give you K coins to spend at their rooftop bar. You use these to trade in for snacks and drinks. The location was exceptional.
