Very good service and helpful friendly staff. Much needed cook laundry worked very well for us. Happy hour and snack time on the viewing floor was the cherry on the cake!

A great location very near to the Peace Memorial Park/museum. Lovely friendly staff, a very nice breakfast on the 24th floor with superb views of the city. A very comfortable bed. The added bonus was the Happy hour 1800-2000 daily also on the 24th floor offering free fizz/wine tea/coffee and snacks.

Breakfast staff very friendly; the man even took the time to translate questions to Swedish. The breakfast excellent n the view fascinating Receptionists very helpful too. Lovely pyjamas. Room small but clean with big city views.

It’s located very conveniently to access the Peace Park and ferry to Miyajima. We love looking out the window at Peace Boulevard. Great lounge up on the top floor that we didn’t have last time.

Excellent hotel location, polite staff and comfortable rooms! Only a 10 min walk to Peace Memorial Park. The hotel provides free breakfast, lunch and dinner snacks on the 25th floor.
