The room was clean, comfortable, and matched the description. Staff were helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Given the discounts on booking, the overall value was good.

I have nothing bad to say, if you are planning to stay in Hiroshima this is the place for you. located 10 minutes walk from Hiroshima train station, they give you a "welcome drink" which is really nice, the room is huge and so nicely decorated, the bed and pillows were too comfortable, the girls in the front desk are so helpful and nice
