Top notch location close to JR station and Tramline. Room itself was spacious for Japanese rooms, well laid out and tidy. Staff super helpful and neighbourhood quiet but with plenty of options for food etc. Literally my favourite hotel from my trip to Japan.

The room was very spacious and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great as well, with the next train line being a 10min walk. Great value for the price!

The room is very comfortable and comes with an amazing private hot tub! The balcony offers a nice view over this part of the city. The hotel is only one stop away by local train from the Hiroshima Shinkansen station and also walkable from main sights in the city. There is also a tram stop nearby to reach the inner city.

Welcoming Tamil man on front desk - sorry I did not get your name, but you were so so helpful with ideas for Miyajima. Then Seiko when I was needing help was also amazing. This is the first hotel I have stayed in where staff could speak English - it made such a difference. The housekeeping lady was superb helping me get hot water and was so friendly.

Love that there is a heater function in the toilet. Separate toilet and bathroom as well. Able to change towels everyday even if we don’t do cleaning for the room.

Good size room , big beds , lots of storage , lots of bits at reception if u had forgotten any toiletries etc. Location was ok for stations and buses . Staff very friendly . They allowed us early access to room as we had arrived at 1pm which was great .

The hotel was in a good location, a 15 mins walk from the station and close to main attractions. Our room was like a small apartment, with a kitchenette, good sized bathroom, and balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel is great value for money and we would return :)
