Easy to get to location and the staff were exceptional. Room was plenty big enough as was the bathroom which is always a good sign in a Japanese accomodation.

The hotel is cozy and the cleaning staff keep everything clean all the time, but it's a little dated. The room was very spacious for Japanese standards. There were microwaves on the second floor and old coin operated laundry facilities. Hiroshima is very walkable, so I did not use public transportation. Very close to restaurants and bars.

This hotel had everything we expected from it. For Japanese standards the room was relatively spacious. It was very clean and even though I stayed in a smoker room as a non-smoker, the smell was barely noticeable at all!

Really good price/quality. I drove Shimanami Kaido and after that his hotel was perfect: free hot bath, sauna and massage chairs.

Very nice hotel with great staff, and close to the station, but we can take a tram. One of the best Hiroshima okonomiyaki is near. From the hotel is also not so far to other places in Hiroshima.

It is near by the party and shopping area from Hiroshima, but the hotel itself is cute and for a 2 star resident absolutely a good choice, Every person from the hotel staff had been friendly and did a nice support. The room was big enough, also for tall people and my bed was French size also comfort. I did not expected such a nice and good comfort . And in the hotel is nothing to hear or feel about this exiting area. Food restaurants, Cafes, Arcades, big stores and fashion shops, bars…. And the train bus, a tram , had a stop at this area also. You do not need a taxi. Straight from Hiroschima rail station, you can take 6 or 2 bus train. It is also lose to a Museum and Japanese garden and the tram goes to the direction of other sightseeing tours. Ask in the railway station about it. They have a bus train map with special Sightseeing-Tours. Everybody is very helpful, if you can not speak Japan , they will help you in English. And brochure also in English at tourist information. There are a lot lockers at the station , on every base. Enjoy Hiroshima , with respect and fun.

Staff were pleasant, they want you to hand your key in every time you leave the hotel, so there was always someone around. Location was convenient, could walk to most of the main attractions, and plenty of restaurants nearby.
