Staff are amazingly helpful and polite, the stay in general was very comfortable, the parking is right in the building and is not too expensive (500 yen per day). Location is very good, walking distance to Hiroshima Station and lots of places to eat/drink

Excellent value for your money, close to the main station. We stayed in a clean room in traditional Japanese style with tatami, amenities include yukata and water dispenser in your room which is nice. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I was amazed with the cleanliness of the room, the kindness of the staff, and the amenities in the room. Would definitely stay here again. It was also walking distance to bus and train stops!

Great hospitality from staff. Japanese style room was amazing, there was a water dispenser in the room with hot water for tea, nice accommodations.

Convenient location but in the end a bit far from the center. Nice experience of a Japanese-style room, but you will find better in other locations (eg Miyajima or a ryokkan).

Close to train station. Well presented. Clean Staff friendly, helpful and most spoke some English. Bed and pillows good. Best pillows in Japan

Close to the station. Great staff, especially Mr Orai (?). They had a coin laundry. Close to conbini and restaurants/bars. We were the only Europeans staying there so they always had our key ready😆. Lovely people
