The staff were absolutely fantastic. The manager and his assistant went out of their way to assist me with an issue and resolved it promptly and pleasantly. The breakfast menu was very good and the robot delightful. Overall a great hotel and would have loved to stay longer.

The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient. While the hotel does feel a bit dated, it’s very clean, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. We stayed in a triple room, which felt a bit tight with limited space for opening suitcases, but the beds were comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was a highlight—plenty of delicious options to choose from, catering to a variety of tastes. Overall, a solid choice for its location and hospitality!

Location could not be better, attached to the JR station and bus station. So all public transport is available to you with no long walks required.

Great for access to main railway station, good breakfast, pleasant room and good, open public facilities. Couldn't be closer to the Shinkansen station, making arriving and departing a pleasure.

Well located next to Hiroshima station with a connecting covered walkway. Close to shops and restaurants and a large 7-11 . Friendly staff that stored our luggage’s before check in and actually placed all of them in our room.

1. Location was fantastic The hotel is connected to JR Hiroshima station on level 2 of the Shinkansen exit. There is a 7-11 at the station and you can find a pathway next to 7-11 that will lead you directly to level 2 of the hotel. 2. Amenities There are lots of dining options at Ekie malls with lots of fining options. There is also a supermarket and you can buy the local food products and souvenirs from the small shops. 3. Polite staffs The staffs are courteous and helpful and they made our stay a pleasant one. Even though they speak little an English, they try to help as much as they can. 4. Convenience at the door stops Public transport such as streetcars (trams) and buses are easily accessible. You can head to South Exit and take the loop bus 101 and 102 to get to popular tourist places or take their streetcars.
