The manager was very welcome to welcome us and always ask about what we need. He is so generious to give us a ride to city which also recommand some restaurant and place for a visit.

Wataru the owner was very responsive and kind to all our requests. Beautiful room with a zen garden. Fridge full of free drinks, welcome snack, and a lot of toiletries were provided. Breakfast for both mornings was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

It was a really beautiful property with large rooms, and really great amenities. The number of creams and soaps and face mask that they had was amazing. Wataru was also such a good help. He replied to all my questions and even helped me get a bouquet of flowers arranged for my wedding anniversary.

Exceptionally warm welcome and incredible hospitality by the hotel director. He made our stay in the amazing city of Hirosaki both very convenient and particularly memorable, with his very kind and personal attention. The room is very stylish and cozy, the beautiful private garden adjoining it makes it exceptional. Very highly recommended!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. A bit out of town but the hospitality (for example lift from the station) was fabulous. The free bento breakfast box was delicious! Kindness of staff and beautiful rooms - just can’t recommend this place more highly.

Wataru was so great during our stay. He gave us a lot of recommendations of things to do / where to eat around Hirosaki and even gave us lifts places since we didn’t have a car! The garden suite room was stunning, and the breakfasts were amazing.

This is truly a unique hotel in Japan, kind of a combination of the convenience of American motels and the cleanness and comfortability of the standard Japanese style. Moreover, this is a hotel with a heart, which means that it is not just a standard place to stay with standard settings, it is designed and set up with talented mind and passionate heart. Even the lotions in the bathroom are carefully selected. And I must mention the manager, who is a true treasure of the place. He is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. It really makes one feel good just by talking to him.
