The fine print
Please note that the prepayment will be charged from the credit card directly after booking, the rest of the price within cancellation policy. Please note that two days before arrival a security deposit in the amount of EUR 75, per person and stay will be charged on the credit card provided. In case of damage the credit card will be charged in the amount of the damage sum. If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned to the same credit card within 7 days after departure. The credit card must be valid, otherwise a check-in is not possible. A security deposit in cash is also not possible.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Great location just steps to the ski slopes and to the town. Room was lovely, comfortable bed, beautiful mountain view, and delicious breakfast.

Location for bikers is perfect - 50m from start and end of Hacklberg Trail – Westgipfelbahn cable gondola. The room had access to balcony, the bikes had their place to stay at night and a dog was happy to stay in the room. This place is far away from modern standards but if you look for a night stay, because you spend all day outside – it is enough.
