Kindly note extra beds cannot be accommodated in the standard double rooms.All additional food and beverages for children are to be paid on-site.Please note to avoid overcrowding in our swimming pool, especially during weekend, Bank Holidays and all school holidays, we operate an hourly booking system. Children are allowed in the pool from 8.30 – 11.30 AM and 3 – 7 PM on weekdays and from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekend and bank holidays. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by adults. The location of the room was remote from all of the expected conference activity, which acknowledged my request for a quiet room so was fully addressed and of great personal benefit. Provisions for my meals and other requests were astonishingly flexible and greatly appreciated thus increasing the level of relaxation experienced. Most importantly, all of my interactions with members of the hotel workforce were met with pleasantness, helpfulness and especially kind consideration.

Lovely spa facilities - heated pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi area also. Very clean and all working well. Rooms are very clean large double beds per person was a bonus. Great price for £50 a head inclusive of buffet breakfast and that was cooked great also with a wide variety of selection and hot drinks also. All in all perfect stay 20 minutes away from Leicester city centre, if you drive this is a good alternative to paying over double within the city centre.
