Rooms are small. But for the business type hotels, we cannot expect more than that. If you want you can pack your breakfast and leave.

Twin Room for 2 nights. The room was a standard twin room, big enough as we had no big luggage. Beds were very firm. Breakfast was good, of course japanese style. Not many amenities in the room, but everything you might need is available at front desk. Locaton is good, just a short walk from the station. Be aware that there are two Toyoko Inns on every side of the station.

A few minutes from JR Himeji station and bus terminal. It is within walking distance from Himeji Castle too. The room is spacious.

The hotel comes with complimentary breakfast. It is within walking distance from the Himeiji Station and also can walk to the Himeiji Castle. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

The location is amazing, close to the station with just a short walk. The rooms are bigger then most of the japanese rooms we stayed in.

The 2-hour free breakfast was very welcomed - although milk was not provided for the tea. Located close to many restaurants, as well as shopping arcades. Our room had excellent view over the railway tracks - and those amazing Bullet trains. We chose this hotel because is was easy to walk to the hotel from this station, pushing our suitcases.

Staff were friendly. Facilities were all good. Our room overlooked the train station. I loved listening to the trains as they went past. It was not an intrusive noise, rather a comforting one.

the room was clean and the staff were polite plus they were happy to hold onto our luggage after our checkout because we had an afternoon train so had time to kill in Himeji.

As always with Toyoko Inn, the breakfast is top notch. This location is walking distance to Himeji castle, one of the very few castles from feudal/ Tokugawa Shogunate period to survive 1945; cool castle and Kokoen gardens has the most impressive Koi collection.
