Very convenient location. They have self check-in and checkout systems available, however we got there at night and the reception was still open to help with any questions we had. The amenities and facilities were great, and we especially liked the bathtub and the big sink. Amazing breakfast! It was a free buffet with both western and Japanese food choices. The staff was very friendly too.

This hotel was the first one to let us check-in before check-in time which we’ve been really happy about. The reception was excellent and also really friendly. The room’s a little bit on the smaller side. Still, we were musing about why they gave away maybe 20cm in additional bed space for the gap between bed frame and table. If the bed had been wider it would have been a 10/10. Nonetheless, the room is really comfy, the area is calm and close to the train station and the castle. We also enjoyed the later breakfast time until 09:45 - usually it finishes before 09:00. Breakfast itself is ok but not too special.

This is my second time staying here. It’s still a newish hotel with good sized rooms, soft beds and pillows and is only a 5-7 minute walk from the station. The price is very reasonable and there are various amenities available at reception.

Good location (a few minutes from the railway station on foot), nice and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit dated, and there was a bit of smell (as if the room was closed for some time), but both the room and the bathroom were clean.

Bed was comfy. Shower/bath was good. Tv could watch YouTube and could see the status of the clothes machines from the TV very handy. Drink machine downstairs too. Really enjoyed my stay
