The spacious room, the balcony, the kind lady who gave us water & biscuits on arrival, the cleanliness, good air con. Only 10 min walk into the main town (however be prepared for a hike if you’re on foot)

welcome and communication with host. location (read cons). sufficient internet. parking inside the structure or other parking nearby (read cons). shower curtain (in albania it is common not to have it, the bathroom floods). hair dryer. balcony with view.

The owners were extremely nice and helpful and available for everything. They made sure our staying was comfortable and that everything was in place. The place was super clean and we had everything we needed. But the most sweet thing were the owners who also helped us with our languages.
