Very happy with the owner, he is a passionate young man that goes that extra mile to make his guests happy from the time of arrival until the last moment of leaving. We really recommend this accomodation. Very clean and newly renovated, very convenient, great location close to the Spille Beach in walking distance. Shops, tavernas and restaurants are also really close.

Bourbos house is a nice place with all the comfortable things for a traveller. Comfortable beds, good space and nice common areas. Timo and the family are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Location is fantastic (although not for disabled).

Beautiful spacious studio. Stunning deck area to relax and take in the amazing views. We spent 4 night and were sad to leave. Timo is lovely and welcoming and makes communication around your stay very easy. He is quick to respond if you need anything throughout your stay.

The host is very kind, he asked a few times if everything was well. Since parking in Albania happens to be difficult, the host made sure that there is a private parking available close to the appartment. Our towels and bedsheets were replaced with clean ones during our one week stay. He also provided us with an anti mosquito candle and he gave us figs that he and his family picked. The village center with most restaurants is just a few minutes by foot.

Everything! This was our 4 night beach break on a two week tour of Albania. We couldn’t have picked a nicer place. The location, the room and facilities, the comfortable bed, fabulous shower and lovely little touches everywhere. Best of all the terrace and sun beds to enjoy the view every morning and evening. Shops, restaurants and beaches are 5 minutes away so supper convenient all around. Timo couldn’t do enough for us he is an excellent host and is very much invested in the comfort and happiness of his guests. We used the BBQ to cook steak one evening and it was perfect. Yes there are some stairs, yes it is on a slight hill but this really was no issue for us at all. We plan to come to Himare again next year it was our favourite destination Of all. Such a laid back vibe, Lovely people! Beautiful beaches The old town is definitely worth a visit and overall this trip was amazing the accommodation being a major factor in this. Thank you to Timo and his parents who made us feeling very welcome indeed. 10/10 highly recommended.

I honestly loved everything at Timo`s places. The hosts are just above expectations, they are so helpful and kind. We arrived in a morning and got lost, so Timo collected us and explain all the details of the place. The room is big, clean in an amazing location, close to everything in the city and anywhere you want to go, Timo can give you excellent advices to arrive. We unfortunately got mixed up with the dates that we were supposed to leave and we weren't there at check out time, Timo at ANY time got mad, he actually wanted to help us to fins another place because another guests were waiting for the room, all the blame on us. So, once more, Timo, thank you so much for everything and I am sorry for the inconvenience. I HIGLY RECCOMEND! And plan to come back in the future.

Lovely place to stay in Himare, very close to the restaurants. The studio was nice, clean and well equipped. The terrace was nice in the morning and at the end of the day. Timo is very kind.
