Upon arrival, I was unfortunately given a room with dirty bedding, including hairs on the bed sheet, which necessitated a room change. The second room was cleaner, however, I found the bed to be very uncomfortable, as were the pillows.

Comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Have stayed previously but this time in the back rooms which seem more modern and upgraded. Pleasantly surprised. Only negative is the bike rental too expensive.

Very friendly staff, clean & comfortable room, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, nice breakfast/dining area, good restaurant (Risotto/Spareribs), well located with city-centre and public transport in walking distance

Evening meals were exceptional, the steak was one of the best I have had. Desserts were expensive @ 13 euros each so didn't try any. There was a good selection for the breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly.

- Friendly and helpful receptionist. Service was great. - Very peaceful and quiet as it’s on the edge of town. Easy to get to nature (De Hoonebourg) from here and there is a train station (Hilversum Sportpark) within 6 minutes’ walking distance. - Room was clean, bathroom was spotless, and the one I got was spacious.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel is very stylish, in an old building, but with lots of character. Room was comfortable, a bit small and sometimes you could hear neighbours or people walking on the corridors. It was about a 20 min walk to the center of Hilversum.

Daily hotel housekeeping was unexpected and welcome! Umbrellas available at front desk truly a lifesaver! We didn't eat the breakfast, but it smelled great every morning.
