Very pretty place by the canal. Bar and restaurant looked nice although we didn't use them. Great shower, underfloor heating in the bathroom, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, USB charging socket by the bed, convenient private parking. Kettle with tea and coffee, fridge with bottled water and milk. 20 minutes from Heathrow. Courteous staff.

The Hotel and restaurant is in a good location. Adjustable thermostat in room provided suitable temperature. Continental breakfast, tea, coffee and fresh milk was nice surprise.

I have stayed at The Waters Edge a few times and we love it. We normally stay in the Chalet, this time we stayed in the another room. It was nice and spacious and very cosy with a sofa. There was complimentary breakfast of mini cereals and pastry, tea and coffee. The bathroom was nice and had heated flooring, which was perfect.

The location. The pub food and entertainment was a bonus to the stay as we didn't realise there would be a singer.....loved Lauren doing Celine. Friendly staff. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Loved the Christmas decor. Added a lovely festive atmosphere. All round very impressive

Liked that staff left you to it Room was clean Breakfast was provided so no need to rush to get to breakfast before a certain time. And it was a lovely selection croissants cereal yoghurt and tea exactly what we would have anyway perfect ....loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Cosy room . Bed was very comfy. Pillows were big not a complaint at all ....we were very happy with the facilities.
