While we don't have 24-hour reception, late arrivals are available by prior arrangement, with an email for Self Service Arrival instructions for access and to find your own room.Operational reception hours end at 22:00. Check-in before 16:00 only by prior arrangement for GBP 10.Limited car park spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis and cannot be reserved or guaranteed, only until checkout, for 1 vehicle per room; to park 2 vehicles for 1 room there is an extra GBP 10 charge for the 2nd vehicle.To park vans in the gated area there is a surcharge of GBP 10 per night based on availability. On-street parking is also available very nearby.Visitors are not allowed to meet guests in their rooms but can meet in the dining room.

The B&B was clean, tidy, and welcoming. Breakfast was really nice and definitely good value for money. The only slight problem we had was the wifi was a little hit and miss in the ground floor double room but that really was nothing major or a problem for me. Great friendly place

We really enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights, our room was lovely and big and quiet, we stayed at the top back, had a good sized fridge, was comfortable, shower was powerful and good heat. Great tea and coffee facilities, the cleaners done a great job each day, great parking out the front and the back, very secure. The owners are super friendly and gave us a load of information about the area. We will definitely return again when working in the area.

Easy to find. Had parking. I had a single room with own bathroom and it was very cosy. It was very small but perfect. For such a small room a small folding table was provided, a fridge and shower/hair products and TV were provided. Was greeted by Tom who was an exceptional host. Simply loved it. 100% will return and request the same room
