Easy check in, very close to the airport, comfy beds, good showers.

The noise at night was terrible. Constant banging, shouting and uncomfortable beds. The road outside was loud also. Convenient location to get to the airport though. I also didn't write the word pleasant above lol

It was close to Heathrow Terminal 4 with free shuttles, once every hour though. We got to add on breakfast for the morning and they gave us a baby cot too.

The hotel is conveniently located to Heathrow airport and can be reached by the Hoppa Bus. The restaurant has a great menu. Kettle and coffee/tea is provided in the room. The room is a bit small but big enough for a one night stop-over. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Lovely and clean. Fab shower and towels. Definitely recommend. Great bus links to H'row airport.

It’s handy for the airport . My check in wasn’t available until 3pm which is quite late however the staff member was fantastic and asked me to join an app and got me checked in immediately . ( if it’s available why not just make it available ? )
