This hotel went beyond my expectations. For the price the room, staff and breakfast was exceptional. Check in and check out was very quick. There was an airport shuttle bus which was a reasonable charge (not quick but got us right to the terminal door). I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.

Very close to Heathrow terminal 5 parking, we had an early flight and left at 3am - reception (thank you again Sam) had prepared some breakfast for us to take with us. Comfortable beds and tea and coffee in the room which was great. On site restaurant was decent and usefully open till late.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Loved being able to look over the runway. The breakfast was great such a good choice of food and the restaurant for dinner was well priced.My only complaint would be the beds were very hard.

Excellent location after a long plane journey, with food available and a comfortable bed. Easy access to pick up a hire car to start our journey.

Had to walk for mile's to get to the room, the layout of the hotel is awful. The corridors were dirty. Apart from that room, location (near Heathrow) etc was fine. Staff were nice and helpful.

The room was nice (Keep in mind that you can not open the windows) and be aware of the premioum room "scam". They will say that the premium upgrade fee is 25£, but its actually 25£ for ONE night.
