Good proximity to airport. Clean and comfortable. Nice food and helpful staff. All my needs were satisfied for an overnight stay prior to a morning flight.

Its location was perfect for flying out of T3. Staff were pleasant and room very nice. The bar area was very nice overlooking runways and good service. Had a nice meal in the restaurant. Reception arranged an early taxi for us for the next morning which showed up on time and helped with bags. Overall a very nice stay.

We stayed the night before flying out of Heathrow. A drink on the rooftop bar was very pleasant. We had a meal in the restaurant which was ok but I thought it was a bit pricey for what it was. The room was comfortable, and it's a good way to start our holiday

Easy access to all terminals using the free rail Air link. Very friendly, courteous staff. Highly comfortable bed after long day travelling.

Great location, an easy covered walk to T2 and T3. Check in and check out are efficient and ideal if you are only staying a short overnight to catch an early flight. The bedroom was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for some last-minute repacking.

I think for the price of overnight accommodation- breakfast should be included! Check in isn’t until 3pm and the entrance doors from the carpark are closed beforehand at least in my experience. It was very difficult to push a trolley with bags through a series of closed doors to reception.
