Super clean, cosy and very comfortable beds. It’s bang in the terminal so access is extremely easy affording you more time to sleep!

Perfect location if using the airport; so convenient, only a few minute's walk, all inside, from the train station. Room was comfortable with everything required for an overnight stay. Particularly like the comfy bed, the case stands, the personal reading lights, the box of tissues, clothes hanging area. Like the lounge/library room providing books, hot drinks eating area with TV. Used the lounge to eat our evening meal. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend to others.

The room was well equipped in what you needed . It's in a great location for the airport . Staff were very friendly and polite. Didn't get much sleep as green light in room on all the time . Beware of people leaving early morning as noises of banging and talking. But over all a satisfying stay .

It was a little tricky to find with some contradictory directional arrows, but once found was surprisingly good. It is VERY close to the Terminal, which made catching our flight very easy. The beds were amazingly comfortable, with fresh, high-quality bed linen, and everything we could have wanted for one night was provided. There is a nice big sitting room area upstairs from the bedroom where we could eat our picnic, and where tea and coffee were provided.

The location is great - takes the stress out of catching early morning flights. It is a bit expensive - but the beds are really comfy with crisp fresh linen.

Staff were excellent and friendly. The bedroom and bathroom was clean. Decor helped to reduce noise in the hallway. Bed was very comfortable. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but would have a liked a small bedside light.

Very well located inside Terminal 3,a short walk to Virgin Atlantic check in. Had most of the amenities we required for a preflight overnight stay. Good coffee/tea machine in the small lounge which is complimentary . It was quite comfortable overall for 1 night. Close to M&S to buy food and some wine,a plus.
