Villa has a magnificent view of a picture perfect almost deserted beach some 3km south of the frantic Hikkaduwa.The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was excellent Staff are very friendly. Breakfasts were fine but certainly not the best we found on our trip through sri lanka

The whole experience of Villa 46 was amazing. As it was a 4 bedroom villa converted to a small hotel and as we had 2 of the rooms on the 1st floor it felt as if we were the only occupants. The location was incredible, literally on the beach. Swimming pool was spotless. The service from the staff was incredible, we felt so welcome and a huge shout out to the manager Ruwan. He is a credit to the hotel.

The property was amazing .. beautiful decor and super comfortable. The pool area and garden overlooking the beach was wonderful. The staff ( in particular Ruwan ) were fantastic , they couldn’t do enough for us !! We will be back to this 5 star accommodation.

The rooms were super comfortable and nice. The location was great just up the beach from where everything was busy, so you could walk to the busy part, but located in nice quiet area.

Lovely and spacious boutique hotel in a beautiful spot - you can walk right out to the pool and beach. Loved getting our delicious breakfast delivered outside our rooms. Lovely staff who were always very helpful and attentive.

The staff at this hotel are very attentive and kind. The beds are very comfortable. The location is lovely and you can literally step off the property and onto the beach.
