Lovely beachfront property, we loved our stay, stunning sunsets each night. About ten mins from Hikkaduwa, calm and quiet, with a beautiful pool and lovely staff. Food available on site was good, another nice restaurant across the road. No liquor licence but you can bring your own. Highly recommended!

Very well situated hotel, in a calm and quiet part of Hikkaduwa. The rooms are big and comfortable. All of the rooms are sea front and you can always watch the sunset from the balcony. The hotel also features a nice clean pool and some wooden sunbeds and parasols. We really had a wonderful time here, its one of the best hotels we've been to during our stay in Sri Lanka.

The room was lovely—spacious with high ceilings (we stayed on the second floor), and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were well-maintained, and the pool added to the relaxing vibe of the place. Overall, the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. The staff were a highlight—attentive, friendly, and very welcoming, which made us feel well cared for. While our room had a balcony, the view was obstructed by plants that seemed poorly chosen for the space, blocking the seaview we were hoping for. The food was another disappointment—there was a noticeable inconsistency in meals ordered on different days, and while it was enough to sustain us, it lacked quality and flavour. We stayed over Christmas, and no festive meals were on order. Which had been our experience at other hotels in Sri Lanka during this holiday period.

the staff was really friendly and helpful, always taking care of everything. The hotel is beachfront with some nice different beaches just by walking range. Having the swimming pool also is a plus. The room was really big and with all the commodities. The food was nice, and I would recommend to go with the Sri Lanka food options, they are very tasty.

Great hotel, peaceful location, literally on the beach. Seems like quite a new hotel and everything was in good condition. Lovely pool. Staff were amazing, helpful and we had a great breakfast every day. Easy bus journey to Hikkaduwa or you can go to the next town north.
