First of all I would like to mention that we checked in just before tourist season was started and seems that villa basically was not ready for the guests. We were there single for a week at least on the whole villa, it is not good, not bad. Owners are did everything we asked. Cleaning, some questions, if something not working, we used whatsapp to message - feedback was given like 24/7 and all problems resolving quite fast. Location is a bit outside of main street, but it is not a problem because of nearest beach is in 10-15 mins, fruit and fish market in 7-10mins, grocery is in 7-10mins as well. Because of it is not on main street there is no noise from bars and caffe at the evening, so you can rest. Large balcony, small kitchen on it as well as in your room. Really hot water. Also owner arranged transfer from Hikkaduwa to other city comparable to Uber/Pickme price!
