Location was good for Highcliffe castle where we were attending a wedding reception. Surroundings for breakfast were nice.

All the staff were very helpful, polite & friendly.The room was very spacious with excellent facilities & a very large comfortable bed.The mini fridge was a lovely extra. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast was good.

We were there for our daughters wedding We had a lovely welcome from staff and our room was lovely and bed was very comfortable The staff went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, we both had the cooked option which was nice and hot with a proper pot of tea. Location good near to beaches. We also dined in the hotel, the restaurant is very comfortable and we found the food quality of the food to be very good plus the bar service too . We have dined here before and would do so again.

Everything was amazing food was delicious. The staff were very welcoming. The head chef Rai worked out the front taking orders and looked after us very well. Didn’t get the gentlemen name who was out the front he was Amazing too.
