The staff were absolutely helpful, delightful and made us feel welcome. The accommodation is near the station and was close to the Dumono and other sites. The accommodation was clean. Breakfast had a huge range of food to choose. If I return to Florence i would choose to stay here again.

This was very near the train station so it's easy to move around Florence. We booked a tour early the next day and it was a breeze to go to the meeting point. There are 2 supermarkets nearby so it's easy to buy stuff we need for our stay. The mercato centrale plus the open market selling various souvenirs to bring home (bags, scarves and other stuff) was also very near.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was really nice too. The room was small but it was comfortable. The personnel was absolutely very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Very friendly staff, generous sized room with a nice bathroom. The hotel is just a 5min walk from the main train station, tram to the airport, and a 10 min walk from the cathedral. The area was safe with plenty of cafes, supermaket and restaurants.

Wonderful staff. Ilaria and Antonio at the front desk were fabulous. They did everything possible to enhance our stay in Florence, by assisting us to book tours, recommended some great restaurants and generally were a pleasure to deal with. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel is less than five minutes walk from the main train station, the hop on hop off bus has a stop directly across the road and is right in the centre of the main restaurant and market area. For an old hotel, we would give it ten out of ten.
