The fine print
Families with more children (maximum 4 children) will be allocated 2 rooms. In this case, the rate for 2 single rooms plus the mentioned child rates apply.All-inclusive catering does not include drinks from the minibar and from the Quint bar.Please note that the catering includes the following beverages: 07:00 - 22:00 soft drinks (mineral water, fruit and vegetables juices, refreshment beverages), coffee, tea, 11:00: - 22:00 house wines and draught beer 10:00 - 15:00 tea in the spa area.All the indicated fares include VATRoom rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. 5 year old children will be charged for free, children between 6-12 will be charged for 85 EUR, above 13 years old will be charged for 170 EUR.If you are travelling with children, please let the hotel know of their age prior arrival. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Early check-in, and late-check out is subject to availability and will be confirmed on site.The hotel is undergoing renovations. Until 10th April the rooms on floors 1-2. will be renovated, and the hydrotherapy section will be remodeled. Due to the latter, the hydro therapies, like the salt-cave, the therapeutic- and wellness tub-baths, as well as the mud packs will be provided only after 18th April. All other services remain available. During the renovation period, the all-inclusive alcoholic beverage offer (table wines, draught beer) will be complemented by sparkling wine from 3 to 6 pm.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

They have done a phenomenal job with the remodelling and extension of the pool area and saunas, I really like it. As always so far, the food was excellent, and the room was clean and well maintained. A big shout out to the reception and the maintenance man, as the minor problems with the radiator and the toilet cistern were both fixed within minutes of the problems being reported. Both evenings with live music were great fun.

Clean and comfortable room. Food very tasty and varied. Drinks are included in the meals. Champagne and snacks available throughout the day at no extra charge. Live music in the evening. Close to the lake.

Fresh air from the trees, swimming pool with warm water, very comfy beds, the products from the restaurant are all of good quality, fitness room with new equipment, gaming room where you can get a lot of fun, very close to the thermal lake of Hévíz,etc.

Delicious selection of food incuding vegetarian options, friendly and attentive staff and plenty of entertainment and relaxation to go around. The room was spotless with the best shower configuration I've experienced in a hotel. 10/10 is an understatement, I really hope to return soon!
