Nestled amidst attractive gardens in the beautiful Wirral countryside, this luxury spa resort offers an extensive treatment menu, and Chester and Liverpool are just 15 minutes drive away.
All rooms at Thornton Hall Hotel provide free Wi-Fi and tea/coffee-making facilities. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
Fine dining can be enjoyed in the elegant Lawns Restaurant. The Tapas & Grill Restaurant and The Lounge Bar offer food and drinks al fresco in the hotel’s grounds. Dinner, bed and breakfast rates include a GBP 49 food allowance from the restaurant menu.
Situated in the unspoilt hamlet of Thornton Hough, the 4-star hotel has been stylishly extended to offer all modern comforts but still retains some striking original features, such as oak carvings and ornate ceilings.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed prior to guest arrival.

Children between the ages of 6 & 16 are able to use the swimming pool at restricted times and must always be accompanied by an adult. The restricted times are 10:00 - 12 noon & 14:00 - 16:45.
Spa use is included on a complimentary basis while guests are resident within the hotel staying on a bed and breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast basis only. Guests staying on a room only rate do not have access to the spa within the room price.
Please note, guests who book the dinner, bed & breakfast rate category will enjoy a GBP 49 food allowance per person from our menu in the Hotel Restaurant.
Please note that this property does not accept group reservations of 4 rooms or more. Guests are advised to contact the hotel for any group inquiries.
Please note, no children under 12 years of age allowed in the restaurant after 18:00.

lovely place with friendly staff. Had a nice local walk before checking in and ate at a lovely pub within walking distance from the hotel. breakfast was nice

A perfect getaway place for a weekend break. Rural quiet location but only 5-10 minutes drive to nearest village ( Heswall) and urban areas ( Bebington, Bromborough) for all facilities, cafes, shops, restaurants etc. Very relaxed, comfortable public areas. Loved the bar/ restaurant.Spa was better than expected.
