Know it well and in brilliant location. However, whilst the room was good the table surface was dusty and the tv control was dirty and sticky clearly having not been cleaned.

Gorgeous hotel. Rooms are specious and well appointed. Always a very warm welcome from staff, especially Debbie who takes “customer service” to a new level Restaurant serves delicious food.

Pub was closed on Monday, so we had to use a key box. TV wouldn’t work on Livetv only streaming Channels. Main radiator didn’t work in the bedroom, although bathroom one worked.

Exactly what we wanted , Good bed for the night, great shower. Seeing family the next morning so no need for breakfast. Staff v friendly and busy feel to restaurant as curry night on a Thursday
