Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Dimitra, to whom I extend a big thank you, as I was very satisfied with her services. She was helpful and always assisted us. She also provided us with a lot of information about which places to visit, made restaurant reservations for us, and overall, it was nice chatting with her. The hotel itself is nice, smaller in size—it’s not a large hotel, which was a big plus for me. There were also quite a few young people, which we appreciated, and there were no children. The food at the hotel was good, though the beer was relatively expensive. We had no issues with the room, except that, due to not being able to keep the card in the room, the room wasn’t air-conditioned when we returned.

This hotel was wonderful! Firstly, the staff make this place. Their warmth, helpfulness, care, jokes, hard work really helped me to have a great time. Maralena at reception, Rena booking my excursions, Joseph making sure I got profiteroles for dessert each night, all the restaurant staff... They were lovely. The room and bathroom were a really good size and I had a balcony. The blackout blinds and curtains were EVERYTHING! Slept so well. The shower was broken but after reporting to reception it was fixed so quickly. Water pressure is fab. There's a safe and a fridge in the room. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the beach - to use a subbed costs anywhere between €5-12, depending on the time of year (€5 at end of October). The pool at the hotel was clean. I can imagine that in busier periods the outdoor area may not be sufficient (possibly not enough beds, only 24 people can be in the pool at a time), but this was not a problem at all when I went. I went all inclusive, which is unusual for me. The food was really good! Especially breakfast. Each night a different menu for dinner and lots of selection. Helpful staff, no waiting to be seated. Usually not a fan of evening entertainment, but the live music was really good. The location is fantastic - a short walk and you are in the heart of Hersonissos. Many beachfront bars and restaurants, beautiful views. If you like to run it's a great route. There is a bus that goes straight to the airport (30 mins, less than €5). All in all, this really was the holiday I needed. I'll be back for sure and I recommend it to anyone.

Clean, right on the seafront with a nice sandy beach. Friendly staff. Great food (buffet style but fresh and varied each day). Walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

Second visit to this amazing place! Staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner has a huge variety and the quality is fine. Hopefully we will be back again. ❤️

Everything fine. Cleaning ladies did not clean when "Do Not Disturb" sign was out. Great! Very good breakfast (even though some (more) ham would be nice), but overall very good. Staff were friendly enough. Really, everything was fine. Location is also excellent: very close (50 meters) to the beach, reasonably close to Bus Stop 19, and it is close to/in Limenas Hersonissos "tourist ghetto" with all the T-shirt shops and bars you would ever need. But also some decent shops and places to eat (e.g., amazing taverna next to Bus Stop 19).
