We don’t have anything bad to say, we had the best time, service was exceptional, pool was clean and beautiful, our room spacious and new. We would come back for sure. Although, the only thing would be that we can’t bring pool towels to the beach.

Breakfast was good - large buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful, met with welcome drinks. Hotel restaurant was brilliant. Pool, facilities and beach access were superb.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Galazio Beach Resort by Estia, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the warm hospitality of the staff and the breathtaking beauty of the resort. The location is perfect – nestled right by the crystal-clear waters of the beach, offering stunning views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of the waves and enjoyed my coffee while soaking in the beautiful Cretan landscape. The resort itself is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with the charm of the island. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a luxurious stay. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the comfortable bed to the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel personal. One of the highlights was the beach – it was pristine and never crowded, giving me plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the sun. The staff were always attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed, whether it was fresh towels or recommendations for local activities. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the friendly and professional service. Everyone at the resort went above and beyond to make sure I had the best vacation possible. Their local knowledge and passion for Crete made my trip even more special, as they helped me explore the island's hidden gems and authentic Cretan culture. Overall, Galazio Beach Resort by Estia exceeded all my expectations. It’s a perfect escape for anyone looking for relaxation, beautiful scenery, and top-notch service. Exceeded expectations in hospitality, not too crowded, excellent layout of the room with direct access to the pool, pool is clean, enough shadows areas, easy access to the beach and to the pool, restaurant with great food and drink options, perfect for the family. Good general location, closeness to the aqua parks and acquarium. Breakfast is ok, as expected, but nothing too special.
