The best hotel close to Hersonissos. Rooms perfect for families also for couples and singles. Guest 90% British’s no Russian no Ukrainian so is great and no drama with with it👍

Food was too focused on the British: some Greek/Cretan options but not so many. Would have been good to see more variety day to day, but it was essentially identical every day (breakfast and lunch). Dinner mixed things up a bit but their various international nights in the buffet did not meet the standards of the a la carte restaurants. For the latter, the Italian was excellent; the Tex Mex ok; the Asian ok. Didn't go to the Greek one. Instead went to Zorba's Tavern (10 min walk away) which was AMAZING! The TUI staff (even though we did not go with TUI) were extremely helpful. Shame they did not get involved in any of the activities.

The staff were very friendly and professional at all times. The food was very nice and very helpful when we had to use room service. I loved the fact that there was "Adults only" breakfast as well as dinner areas. The location was very convenient when you want to explore nearby areas. The spa treatments were also very very good and worth visiting.

Really enjoyed variety of pool choice available, specially for children. Also enjoyed the beach which was on door step.

The property was great, very well thought out. Separate swimming areas for families and adults only. A lot of little bars a cafes. Rooms are very spacious and renovated. The beach is right outside the property with hotel umbrellas and chairs. Staff served drinks on the beach all day long. A lot of activities during the day (there is an app with listing updates each day). The hotel personnel were very nice and friendly, managers were accommodating. The lifeguard on the beach was amazing, really knew what he was doing.

Loved the variety for families, beautiful family pool and also a splash / kiddie oriented pool at the back of the hotel Lovely room, perfect for our needs. Gorgeous view and perfect location. A la carte restaurants were great

lovely staff, very friendly. I was delighted every day by the beautiful view, delicious food and friendly people. Our room was always clean. I especially want to express my gratitude to the two wonderful bartenders at the Splash Bar, Tarisa and Georgus, they made very tasty cocktails and treated us very nicely and friendly. The theme nights were also very interesting.
