Easy toi find. Close to the stunning Whalcoast Mall (importend, if you are travelling on a self catering basis) Plenty parking space directly in front of the door. The Cottage ist very well equpped. Everything is spotless clean, everything works. Especially the kitchen; it may look small, but has everything a travelling man (or women) will need. Duvets are thick and nice, important in the harsh cape winter (you should take this note serious !) WiFi is resonable fast. Maybe the "issue" I likeed most is the owner couple. Penny and Wim are extremly friendly and helpful ! You two made the stay absolutely lovely, even under the difficult (weather) circumstances.

I loved my stay here at the Snails' End Cottage. Penny and Wim were very welcoming and hospitable hosts, and the place was very comfortable and cosy. I loved the little touches like sweets and water being left out for me as a guest. It's located very close to the coast, and you can hear the wind and the rough waves going to sleep at night. It was very atmospheric. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Attention to detail was amazing. Super comfy beds, saccharine offered in a cute pill box at coffee area in kitchenette which is well supplied with utensils as well as load shedding options offered. There was a small tin of delicious home made rusks that the hostess, Penny, bakes! There were even cotton balls in bathroom, bottled water on bedside table and chocolate on bed cushions upon arrival. Plenty clothes hangers and lots of cupboard space in bedroom, and mozzy options like lotion, spray or plug. Beautiful garden with braai area for my scotty dog to explore. So close to this amazing beach called Surfer's Beach, rock pools are amazing at low tide and also has great walkways along the beachfront. Hosts were super kind, informative and friendly.
