The location is probably the best in Hermanus. You have easy access on foot to the famous pathway along the sea shore, fantastic restaurants and other attactions. Hermanus is a clean and well-kept town and it was delightful to find everything in working order and no potholes. It is clear who runs this town. The swimming pool at the esplanade is well-used but is kept in pristine condition. There are a lot of outdoor activities and excellent wine farms close by. It is worth mentioning the host and his staff, which were all excellent, the best I've ever encountered.
