The service was exceptional, . The facilities and room were absolutely perfect. The spa was a highlight and thoroughly clean at all times without people around you cleaning.

The breakfast was fine but waitress put a cup of coffee on placemat with no saucer and then went to fetch one. Cup filled to the brim no room for milk. Felt service was very slapdash not what you would expect from a highly priced hotel.

The hotel and golf course were simply top-notch. From check-in to room service, everything was excellent. The breakfast was very good, though it might be a bit crowded on weekends. You can easily spend a few days here without needing to leave.

Our room was wonderful, very spacious and comfortable. We had a view of the garden and the pool was just a few steps away. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the cafe was delicious and being a Saturday evening there was live music which was lovely. All in all, a memorable stay. The golf course looked wonderful and the surrounding vegetation and scenery was beautiful.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, special mention to Shireen, Margaret, Franklin, Grant and Ruth. The facilities, food, spa treatments and golf course were incredible. Had a head, neck and shoulder massage. The lady was brilliant and tackled my left shoulder issue that I have had for months.
