very friendly and warm welcome it was clean and we had a nice room with garden view the breakfast was a surprise, in addition to cereals and toast we had fresh fruits, mini pan cakes and other egg/avo choices etc. very good location, walking distance to the waterfront perfect for 1-2 nights

Great location, cozy atmosphere and lovely staff! The lodge is located close to the city centre of Hermanus, to the coast walk, the Fernkloof Reserve, petrol stations, grocery stores and so on. The property itself is nicely set up. Sustainability is highly valued here and it were the small details that made our stay great. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, too.

We received a warm welcome on arrival, had a comfortable nights sleep, and enjoyed a delicious omelette for breakfast. The off-street parking was a plus! The location was within a 5 minute walk of the renowned coastal path and approximately 10 minutes to the town's centre. Our experience was a positive one.
