Perfect view Very comfortable and big apartment, Separation of bathroom and toilet :-) Change of towels on demand Close to all important places Private lake access Sauna Small shop on the venue Kind host Possibility to do the laundry if needed Parking spot Big terrace ... and many more smaller things :-)

Location, view, piece and quiet, no light pollution, warm apartment, private sauna, underground parking. All in all excellent.
