I went with a group of 3 people and was a pleasant place to stay a night or 2 :) The quality vs price is fine and the location is very good! The cleanning of the room and the bathroom was good too. Nice staff! :)

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and pleasant, I rate them as excellent. We arrived late in the evening and entering instructions were great, Our room was smelling a bit foul and I sent them a message through booking. They immediately came to the hotel and gave us a different room. The beds were comfortable.

First rate budget hotel, very clean, lovely, helpful staff, town centre and port all within 5 minutes walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Great location near the seafront and center, very friendly and helpful stuff, very clean hotel and rooms. Everything was tidy and nice! I enjoyed my stay a lot!

It was in a great location, close to a little swimming spot, but everything we wanted to see in Heraklion was in walking distance. Staff were friendly and we were able to leave our bags prior to check-in. Breakfast was excellent value.
