We were given an upgraded room which was very spacious and comfortable with a good shower and a pleasant balcony. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The location was excellent - very near to the Archaeological Museum and local buses and a short mainly pedestrianised walk to the old town and harbour.

Room was modern, clean and spacious. 24 hrs reception with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. The location is within 10 mins walk to the main part of Heraklion Old town.

It'a clean and comfy hotel; staff is nice and helpful. Location is great. Room was good and stylish and ours was upgraded (so, thanks). Breakfast is super tasty and the buffet has a lot of choices.

Spacious, light, clean room. The shower was powerful and spacious. Tea and coffee facilities were a bonus. Location fantastic for old town and port and not far from the airport. Breakfast also had a good variety of options. Staff were very helpful.

A fine modern hotel right in the heart of the old town. We had a good, tasty breakfast each morning served by incredibly polite and attentive hotel staff. Heraklio can be a pretty noisy city, but our room overlooking a small bar-filled square was very quiet throughout our stay thanks to some very efficient sound-proof windows. The hotel serves as a great base from which to explore the city and its archaeological treasures at the nearby museum and at Knossos.
