The staffs are super friendly, and even give us a map for Heraklion. Breakfast starts at 6:30, which is perfect for our ship schedule. Good location, 15 minutes walk to the port.

Great location very close to the harbour and great sea views. I came to my seaview-room where the windows were so covered of salt and dirt after the last storm, that I could not see out. The very understanding receptionist came and cleaned it himself so I could enjoy the view! That I was offered a bottle of water, and possible to fill it up in the reception area.

This property has an excellent location to have easy and quick access to cloth the seaport and airport. A 2 minute walk has you in old town with all the shops and dining options available. The complimentary breakfast is good and includes good variety of fresh coffee, nothing out of an urn!

Perfect location to discover the city of Heraklion. Hotel even has a couple of parking spaces if you are lucky to get one.

Great location and good view from the ocean view room. Spacious room and helpful, friendly staff. Close to the central town attractions. Comfortable beds. Large lobby with a view of the sea.

The location beside the port and near historic sites and museums is excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean. The hotel has a nice buffet breakfast.
