The location is ideal for the city centre and the Archaeology Museum just round the corner. The bus service to Knossos is just in front of the hotel. The breakfast is reasonably priced or inclusive with the room and offers a great choice: Cretan, Greek or international. The staff were helpful and efficient, particularly when I hired a car, helping me to find one and parking it for me overnight. There are many excellent restaurants and cafés within walking distance of the hotel.

The breakfast was really good. A variety of food was offered. After checking out we were able to spend time on the rooftop pool area to wait for our after flight. Very good shopping facilities a few steps away.

Loved the breakfast variety. Staff was very nice, special thanks to Ioannis from reception. Very clean room, view from rooftop bar, we were lucky got it open the last days of the year. Bus 6 from airport stops on the corner of the building, steps away from entrance.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic also. Great pool and plenty of space to relax on the rooftop area. Great views of the city also.

Lovely, friendly welcome when we arrived, even though it was later in the evening. Nice, clean room even if a bit on the cosy side for a family. However the rooftop pool and bar more than made up for that. Fantastic facilities. And the included breakfast buffet was so convenient, we were able to get up, eat and be on our way very efficiently in the mornings. Location is great, right near the museum and the bus line.

I loved the central location, handy to shops, restaurants and transport. Staff were attentive but seemed snowed under at times, due to the busy season. Sometimes, attention to detail was missed because of this.
