My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay. The receptionist was lovely and so helpful. She even greeted us at breakfast too. The breakfast was great- lots of choice on offer and great value. The room was nice and did the job. Lovely and quiet location.

Room had sofa, excellent bed and very good tv, decent desk space easily accommodated quite a large laptop and was separate to tea/coffee area. Nice big bath towels. Despite the lift being small it was quick. Nice to have breakfast included. The canal and the marina type space adjacent to the rear of the hotel made for a nice walk, ...very pretty with all the narrowboats and eateries.

Really great place, lots of parking, ideal location for Harry Potter studios. Great staff, provided extra pillows on request Reception filled our water bottles up with fresh water and ice Bed just too uncomfortable for me

Great room with the dog, nice and spacious. Breakfast was really good and the canal next to the hotel was great for a drink in the sun and coffee in the morning. Parking also very easy.
