First, thank you Martin for meeting us and the warm welcome. The apartment is very clean,spacious,light, and warm. Well equipped with washing machine, iron, and lovely lovely fridge freezer.Thank you for milk and water on arrival, lovely touch. Bedding clean and plenty of room. Beds and seating comfortable. Bathroom also fantastic...we were generally delighted. So close to the town and so many walking spaces in the area. Definitely would visit again.

It was easy to find and very well located for the centre / railway station and moors. Rhe apartment had lovely light, good outside space, convenient parking, etc.Martin was prompt and very helpful indeed.

Everything ! It was made easy for us. 👍 Martin met us with the keys and talked us through the process, and gave good info on local restaurants and commuting into London. Some lovely touches with cereals, tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge!! It had everything we needed and more. Sky telly, 2 bathrooms, and a fan to keep you cool if it’s hot. Road outside was a little noisy, but didn’t effect the break. The main roundabout is a bit busy but okay once you have driven it a couple of times and know which direction you are going in. It’s a short walk into the new Hemel town with lots of shops etc. We commuted into London and Harry Potter world easily from the apartment. You can catch the train 5 mins away or drive in from the apartment which we did because of the trains strikes. Found parking where Martin recommended just outside the congestion charge in London. Tring history museum not far away which is a nice visit. Parking at the accommodation was easy with your own designated bay. I would stay here again, Thank you Martin.

The apartment was in an excellent location, with easy walking into the centre and a 15 minute walk to the main station to get to London. There was a parking space and it was in a good, quiet area. Martin was really friendly and explained everything on check-in, there were some essentials left for us in the fridge and cupboards, which was a good touch. During our stay we had a few maintenance issues and Martin was excellent at responding and sorting these out. Bedding and towels were clean and the beds were comfy.
