Super clean and well equipped studio everything was great . Near tram stops ,15 mins from central station. Be a bit more generous with tea/ coffee/ milk in the room . Freindly helpful staff . Highly recommended .

The location of the hotel is good but the room is not designed well. The light switches don't work as intended. The staircase is difficult to climb, we might fall off because the steps are too narrow.

The location is perfect. Right by the tram stops to the centre and close enough to eateries, stores and the sea. The check in and out times are very reasonable and mean you don't have to rush around in the morning. The app used to open the door meant you didn't have to worry about losing a key. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room was modern and clean and the shower room was brilliant and very spacious, shampoo and conditioner included.

I loved it! The studio was pretty, finely divided and nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere of the whole lodging really pleasant. Sauna is lovely, too.

Location was perfect and also breakfast exceeded the expectations. Everything was clean and well-organized. We also used the sauna on the top floor with nice view to the city.

We were delighted with this hotel’s facilities - kitchen with everything you may require, a welcome basket, excellent shower, firm beds. It is in a newer part of town with a lot of development taking place but with a good selection of shops and restaurants, and there are sufficient tram stops to get you anywhere (but also walkable), and very near the ferry harbour.

Online check-in, very nice, comfy room. Well equiped kitchen. I loved the sauna in the last floor, with terrace. Good tram connection - number 9, behined corner is number 8. I liked that oat milk was available during breakfast.

I did not take breakfast. The location was pleasant and there were shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was a 30 minute walk to the centre of the city but a tram runs along the street in front of the apartments. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Western Terminals where you can get the ferry to Tallinn, but again you can take the tram there if you like. The apartment itself was cosy and comfortable, with a view to the front over the surrounding area. One feature I particularly liked about the apartment was that it was on two levels, connected by a stairway, so that the bedroom area was on a kind of balcony, overlooking the living area. The reception staff at Unity were very courteous and helpful when I had to arrange for them to receive some luggage that had been delayed by the airline. The reception area itself was very well furnished, welcoming and comfortable. I stayed at Unity for 6 nights and I loved it and was quite sad when it was time to leave. If I come to Helsinki again in the future I will book a Unity apartment without hesitation!
