Really loved this hotel. It was clean, spacious, in a great location and there was a rather fancy, a bit old-fashioned vibe there. I upgraded my room and there were 2 non-alcoholic drinks included per day, and the room came with a Nespresso machine. The staff were helpful and polite. I also really liked the American Cocktail Bar downstairs. The breakfast was good. I recommend going down for breakfast at 7.30 when it starts, it was nice and quiet then, but got busier at 8.

Really enjoyed the decor of this hotel and its location close to lots of good restaurants. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the kids enjoyed the chocolates in the foyer.

second time staying, I will stay in the future, its in an amazing location, easy to walk to things, including the train station, they can book taxi's for you at the hotel which is good. Breakfast was really good to, staff are friendly.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I felt a little embarrassed that I don't know much Finnish, but everyone knew English well. The building itself was lovely, I've never seen a building like this before. The beds were great, the breakfast was good, although I only ate fruit and drank tea. Over all its a great place to stay and I will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Helsinki, the room was perfect with every facility I needed included. My stay exceeded expectations, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide range on offer, friendly and helpful staff, I will definitely stay here again.
