Staff were more than helpful, we had a birthday in our group and they helped us light the candles and even put some fruit and biscuits on the plate around the cake. The hotel felt very inclusive and the staff even gave a birthday gift. Gym is good sized for a hotel :)

Breakfast was amazing. I have stayed with you before (years ago). I remember it being a little bit more luxurious. Everything was OK, but I expected a little more luxury.

Location was excellent, staff helped out with taxis and other bookings upgraded our kids and were generally excellent. The onsite restaurants were very good as was breakfast.

The location of the hotel is great, room was clean and quiet. A city car park is located under the hotel and entrance is next to the hotel.
