The staff were kind and friendly. I was able to relax and spend some time alone. I love Hamlet, so I was happy to be able to stay at this hotel after walking around Kronborg Castle. I'll never forget waking up to the moonlight and seeing a shooting star. I would like to stay again!

The rooms and ambient of the hotel are brilliant. Breakfast is real nice, but on top of it all, the staff are super friendly.

Hotel Hamlet is an utterly charming hotel in an ideal location. The welcome is warm, the breakfast is excellent. The single room is not large. However, it is nicely decorated, with calming colours and original ceiling beams, with the feel of a ship's cabin.

Booked the apartment for an experience in an old half-timbered building. The place was clean, with comfortable beds and plentiful supply of instant coffee/tea and milk. The location is very conveniently close to the train station, the downtown, and the Kronborg castle.

Rooms were clean and the location was great. Staff was thoughtful and very responsive.I booked 5 rooms for my family as me and my boyfriend were getting married in the townhall the morning after. I had enquired about an iron and the staff emailed me that i can get the same from the reception. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see the iron already on my room :)
